Intimacy
Mediterranean Style
1rst edition, 1984 - 9th Printing, 2003

A refreshing and humorous book, that examines some of the most common "myths", shared by many couples in the Mediterranean countries.
For example, what is the most common reaction of the Mediterranean husband to his wife's infidelity? Divorce? Certainly not! A revival of his sexual interest towards the… "Infidel"? Very possible.
Is personality more important than physical looks? The author says "no"!
Is it possible to ever find someone who will not disappoint you? The author says "no"!
What about the so-called "friendly divorce"? Is there such a thing?
FREE YOURSELF FROM MYTHS OF INTIMACY BY LEARNING TO LAUGH WITH THEM

Coping with Separation

George Pinteris, Ph.D.
ANTIMETÙÐIZONTAÓ TO XÙPIÓMO
Coping with Separation
From Despair to Growth
1rst edition, 1982 - 13th Printing

Dr. Pinteri's first book that also established him as an author.
Separation is not just an isolated incident in a person's life. It is a process. The book gives a detailed description of the stages that people who separate go through. Taking into consideration that, in most separations, there is someone who leaves and someone left behind, the book examines each of these two roles separately.
Based on the author's personal experience, this is a very realistic and at the same time optimistic book that gives the separating person hope for a better tomorrow.
A CLASSIC OF ITS KIND.

Thoughts for untrapping from the labyrinth of heroin

This book is about heroin and the problems that are associated with it. The author argues that the major problems are generated by the way the society is handling the issue. He proposes that a more humanitarian approach to that matter would have made things easier to address and, in many cases, would have lessen the suffering many people and the society currently undergoes.
